Charlie Harrell and Janice Tolson enjoy refreshments at Fuzhou Technical College in Fuzhou, China on Thursday, October 25, 2012.  The delegation was met by students and staff as we drove up to the college.  Large bouquets of fresh flowers were given to each delegation member and we were escorted around campus, with a staff member or student escorting each member.  Students majoring in tourism dressed in native attire to greet and assist us at various locations on the tour.  We were treated like royalty.  Discussions on partnerships followed our campus tour.  Members of the government/party were present at the meeting.

  2. Fuzhou River Walk looks nice. Are those palmetto trees? J. Wirt

  3. The Chinese people were among the most gracious hosts of any I've experienced. The best part is it seems quite sincere. They do know how to make their visitors welcome.

Enjoying the pictures AND the text, Dr. Lamm.
